WHAT: For those of you who have read about the $50 Expedia credits in the tutorials, DO NOT use a TD Credit card when booking the hotels. It automatically defaults to ExpediaforTD.ca which is not a part of the Best Price Guarantee.

KNOW: A Free Flyer member found this out and had to go through some trouble in getting a refund on the hotel and the $50 credit. It’s odd for sure but luckily, he has shared that with us.

NOTE: Not every deal will work for everyone. If it’s not a match, just delete it and wait for the next. Point accumulation works but it takes some time.

WHAT: For those who haven’t seen this deal in the tutorial section yet, it still remains my favorite card for quick points. They waive the first year fee and give you 15,000 points after spending just $500 in 3 months. Plus, you’ll get an extra 5000 point if I refer you. (please email me / reply to this message if you want me to refer you).

KNOW: This is an easy 15-20,000 points which you can then transfer to Aeroplan, preferably when they have their 30% bonus transfers sometime in the spring.

Expires: Unknown.

Link: If you want me to refer you, email me, and you will get 5,000 extra points. If you rather do it on your own, here is the link: http://tinyurl.com/ake3f2b

WHAT: Earn triple Aeroplan points by spending $30+ at Rexall until Feb 21st. Not a huge deal but if you need something at Rexall, now is the time.

KNOW: You always earn 1 Aeroplan point for each dollar spent at Rexall. Now you’ll earn triple.

Expires: Feb 21, 2013

Link: No link for this one. Just shop at Rexall (if you need to) and show your Aeroplan card.
